Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

Kids At Heart – an established name in early childhood care with deep roots in Northeast Ohio – is expanding! We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and forward-thinking Center Director for our newest location, coming soon to Trumbull County.

This is a unique opportunity to lead during a time of positive transformation. You’ll play a vital role in helping shape and implement the Kids At Heart philosophy, practices, and culture into an evolving environment—bringing consistency, quality, and heart to every aspect of the program.

Who You Are:

  • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a closely related field).
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a child care or preschool setting, with time spent in leadership or administrative roles.
  • You understand the inner workings of a licensed child care center—from staffing and compliance to family communication and classroom support.
  • You’re a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to high standards.
  • You have excellent people skills, with the ability to build relationships, coach staff, and foster a positive culture.
  • You’re comfortable with basic office and admin tasks, or open and willing to learn.
  • You’re ready to learn and implement our proven systems, policies, and procedures—bringing them to life with consistency and care.
  • You’re seeking a meaningful leadership opportunity with a stable, supportive company that values your experience and potential.

Lead Teacher

Leading Industry Pay!

Kids At Heart Preschool & Childcare Center is looking for a Lead Teacher for our Preschool and Child Care 

Teachers responsible for implementing curriculum and activities which are designed to promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of children. Responsible for the care, hygiene, learning and developmental activities, specialized programs and redirection of children, maintains classroom records, cleanliness and orderliness. Responsible for weekly lesson plans as outlined in Teaching Strategies in accordance with Step Up To Quality Requirements (You will be trained).

Qualifications

OCCRRA Level 3.0 (Preferred)

– 2-Years experience in Early Childhood Education (Preferred)

Assistant Teacher

Kids At Heart Preschool & Childcare Center is looking for Assistant Teachers!

Assistant Teachers are responsible to help with the care, hygiene, learning and developmental activities, specialized programs and redirection of children. Assistant Teachers also must help maintain classroom records, cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom in which they are assigned.
